Shipping Information

At Designer Plates, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. As all of our products are custom-made, please review the information below before placing your order.

Production Time

All plates are made to order.

Production time: 1–3 working days
Orders are processed in the order they are received
During busy periods, production times may be slightly extended

Delivery Times

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped using either An Post or DPD, depending on your location and the most efficient service available.

Estimated delivery time: 1–2 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weekends, bank holidays, or courier delays

Shipping Costs

Standard delivery: €6
Free delivery on orders over €80

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to:

Republic of Ireland only

At this time, we do not ship to Northern Ireland, the UK, or the EU.

Delivery Responsibility

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of the courier service.

While we will assist where possible, Designer Plates is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, including:

Delivery delays
Missed deliveries
Incorrect delivery attempts

We recommend contacting the courier directly using your tracking details for the fastest resolution.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order is:

Lost in transit

We will:

Open an investigation with the courier
Replace the order once the investigation is complete and the parcel is confirmed lost

Damaged on arrival

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery:

Photos of the damage
Your order number

We will arrange a replacement where appropriate.

Important Notes

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses
Custom products cannot be cancelled once production has begun
